1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or contracting with Zystum Solutions Partner for infrastructure design, structured cabling, or managed maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

2. Scope of Services

Zystum delivers turnkey hardware deployments, network engineering, physical structured cabling (CAT/fiber), security surveillance installations, and SLA support agreements. All project specifications, deliverables, and warranties are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Site Access & Safety Compliance

Clients agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to server closets, ceiling plenums, risers, and utility pathways during scheduled deployment windows. Zystum technicians follow strict OSHA and local commercial building electrical codes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence, Zystum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing structural flaws, utility carrier outages, or unauthorized third-party tampering with physical network infrastructure.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
